Just a little mobile update...

If I wasn't an internet junkie enough as it were, I've now got the ability to surf the net via my new Blackberry! I've been glued to Facebook, but I thought I would take a little trip to post on my blog. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We are headed to Louisville for Christmas:round 3! Fall pictures at the pond

Our friend has just started up her own photography business. She offered to take a few pictures this past Sunday. I haven't received the originals yet, but here are a couple of the decent ones. Christmas Card Photo-Op

This past weekend, we made a quick trip to Abingdon to surprise my dad for his 60th birthday. While we were there, we had a small photo shoot to take potential Christmas card pictures. We got to hang out with my niece, Madison, giving us a good idea of what Christmas in Abingdon will be like!

Finally, an update!

We’ve been pretty busy since February! We were blessed to be able to buy our first house. It’s located less than a mile from the Academy, so we haven’t gone far. The house is a 1952 Cape Cod which was in need of some updating. Brent has been able to show off his renovation and carpentry skills, along with the help of some great friends and family.
Now, we’re ready to show off what we’ve been up to these past few months. I’m posting some pictures of the house when we bought it, as well as some of what it currently looks like. We still have some work to do, but we’re so glad to be moved in and able to start making our house a home!
